WPC profile machine newly designed by Qingdao Sunshine Machinery to different customers requirement. ODM and OEM. We make 2 production lines case we sent to middle Asia friend in August, 2023. So sincerely welcome to all of you to come and visit our factory.

Production process for making WPC profiles 

What raw material will be use to produce WPC profiles? 

100% recycling HDPE flakes, wood powder, calcium carbonate powder and other chemical additives from (Wikipedia)

Machine production process

1) Wood powder making machines (Wood chipping machine-1 set, Wood crushing and powder milling machine-1 set, Wood drying system-1 set)
2) Mixer (Mix all the needed raw material to get the mixed material)
3) WPC granulating machine (Let the mixing material through the auto. feeding machine to get into the granulating machine to get the WPC granules)
4) Extrusion line (Extrude what you need to produce for the WPC profiles) Including the double screw extruder-die head and mould-vacuum calibration table-hauling machine-cutting machine-stacker
5) Surface treatment machine (Saning machine-1 set, Embossing machine-1 set, Brushing machine-1 set)
6) Auxiliary machines (Water chiller-1 set, Air compressor-1 set-They are common used industrial device, optional to choose if you can buy in your local place, which can save container space, too. Crusher-1 set)
