What are the components of the production line?

1. Extruder: It adopts conical twin-screw extruder and uniquely designed screw to achieve short plasticization time, good mixing and excellent plasticization.
Gearbox: Using high-quality gearbox and reducer, it has beautiful appearance, smooth operation, low noise and long service life.

Firstly, extruder barrel temperature control system: It adopts cast aluminum heater, stainless steel cover and air cooling system. It has good cooling and heating performance and precise temperature control.

Secondly, screw and barrel: The screw core has an internal temperature control system, and the barrel has a vacuum degassing system, which not only eliminates waste gas in the raw materials, but also ensures the excellent quality of the product.

Finally, drive system: Using AC motor and ABB frequency converter, it provides stable torque output and multiple speeds.

2. Vacuum shaping tank: There are two vacuum chambers to ensure perfect roundness of the pipe, water spray cooling, and equipped with a temperature controller to realize automatic water release. The main body of the tank is made of stainless steel and has a long service life.
Traction machine: Equipped with 2 claws, 3 claws, 4 claws, 6 claws, and 8 claws, it can produce various pipes. The traction speed is controlled by ABB inverter.

3. Cutting devices: sawing and planetary sawing with dust removal system.

4. Stacking device: automatic turning system, which can freely fix the pipe length.

5. Control system: manual control cabinet or Siemens PLC touch screen control.
