What are the components of single wall corrugated pipe extruder machine?

The machine consists of extruder, die head, forming machine, mold and double station winder machine.

1. SSD-65/30 Single Screw Extruder
First of all, high plasticization rate,uniform melt and continuous production stability.
High performance gearbox reducer has long life and low noise.

Next, our design single screw barrel suitable for PVC (From Wiki articles) granule material and PP PE EVA granule. Use one machine can cover all these materials.it can help customer save the machine cost.
Customer can choose PLC control system and Manual control panel according to their usage habits.

2. Die Head with Energy Saving Heating Ring
The rock wool in the heating ring and die head can hold heat, then save about 30% electrical costs for customer.

3. Mouth Mold and Core Bar
New design, the core bar and mouth mould fit together, when change size, no like the old design change the core bar and mouth separately, it will be save more than 1 hour for the clean the waste material.

4. Double Station Winder Machine
Automatic wiring machine, balance the speed match rewinding speed, help winding machine adjust the speed, when the pipe production slow, will stop rewinding, prevent pipe too tight disconnect.
