Consist of PVC WPC door panel manufacturing machine

1) Mixer-1 set (Mix all the needed raw material to get the mixed material)

2) Double screw extrusion line with auto. feeding machine-1 set

Using the automatic feeding machine, which lets the mixing material to get the double screw extruder.  Then you can use the die head  and mould, after cooling and forming through the vacuum calibration table, and hauling by the hauling machine,  after get your needed length, then the cutting machine can directly and automatic cutting the PVC or WPC door panel, at last there will be the stacker to receive the door panels.

3) Lamination machine- 1set (The surface of the door panel can be dealt with different color as different customer demand)
