Introduction of PVC resin tile

PVC resin tiles are made of PVC powder (From Wiki Article) as the main raw material, which is plasticized at high temperature, extruded to a certain thickness, and then cooled and shaped.

Since the PVC chemical raw material itself has the function of resisting chemical corrosion, a variety of chemical materials are added to assist the proportioning of raw materials to achieve the purpose of resisting severe cold, ultraviolet radiation and aging.

There are two types of PVC resin tiles, one is PVC glazed tiles and the other is PVC corrugated tiles，In addition to the different appearance of these two products, the same production line can be used to replace different molds.

Roller type: upper roll is emboss,under roll is mirror
Roller material: 45# high frequency processing, hard chromium plating (depth: 0.1-0.15)
