PVC pipe is made of polyvinyl chloride resin, stabilizer,lubricant,etc. and then extruded by hot pressing.
Applications for drainage, waste water,chemicals,heating and cooling fluids,food,ultrapure liquids,slurries,gases,etc.

1. Mixing of raw materials:
Firstly, mix the PVC stabilizer, plasticizer, antioxidant and other auxiliary materials according to the proportion. Secondly, add them to the high-speed mixer.
2. Extruder:
The quantitative feeding device matches the extrusion amount with the feeding amount to ensure stable extrusion of the product.
The feeding device and screw drive device adopt variable frequency speed regulation to achieve synchronous speed regulation.
3. Die head:
After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization, it enters the die through the screw.
4. Vacuum shaping water tank:
The vacuum shaping water tank has a vacuum system and a water circulation system for shaping and cooling, a front and rear moving device and a left and right and manual height adjustment device.
5. Haul-off Machine:
Haul-off machine pulls the cooled and quenched pipes out of the machine head continuously and automatically, and controlled by frequency conversion.
6. Cutting machine:
The travel switch controls automatic cutting and delays the rotation of the machine base according to the required length to achieve flow production.
The cutting machine completes the entire cutting process with the signal from the fixed-length switch as an instruction, and runs together with the pipe during the cutting process. In order to maintain synchronization, it is equipped with electric and pneumatic drives, and vacuum devices to recover debris in time.
