Description
PVC Granulation Extrusion Line is a complete of conical twin-screw extruders and other auxiliary machines.
It’s mainly suitable for granulation of PVC and PE powder with wood flour or filler.
As we all know that, the plastic granules produced are uniform, compact and beautiful (From Wiki article).
The auxiliary machine consists of die surface cutting, air conveying aggregate, vibration separation and cooling parts.
This pvc granulation extrusion line is widely used for the production of PVC granules.
By replacing different screws, it can produce soft PVC granules for cables, pipe fittings, and other granules.
The process flow of the pvc granulation extrusion line:
PVC powder + additives – mixing – material feeder – conical twin screw extruder – mold- air cooling system – vibrator
The extruder adopts a special conical twin-screw extruder.
Temperature control controls the temperature stability of raw materials; the granulating machine interacts with the extrusion die.
After the particles fall, the blower immediately blows the particles into the silo.
1. First of all, according to the plastic product formula requirements, input the uniformly mixed raw materials into the extruder barrel through the hopper.
2. Heating temperature:
Secondly, the heating temperature depends on the softening or melting temperature of the resin.
The higher the softening or melting temperature of the resin, the higher the heating temperature.
If the heating temperature is too low, the resin cannot be fully melted, a cavity will appear in the middle, and the resin and inorganic powder cannot form a uniform system.
If the heating temperature is too high, the additives will easily volatilize and are not suitable for plasticization, which will also affect the quality of the masterbatch.
3. Host speed:
Next, for twin-screw extruders, the host speed depends on the output. The higher the host speed, the greater the output.
4. Andthen, the speed of the feeding screw according to the speed of the host screw.
