Process of PE HDPE Pipe Production Line

1. Mixing drying

2. Plastic extruder
Sceondly, The raw materials are fed from the hopper to the extruder, transported, shrunk, melted, homogenized, and then extruded.
3. Mold forming
At the appropriate temperature, the material enters the die and is extruded through the die.
4. Cooling and shaping
The pipe first passes through the vacuum sizing box for shaping and cooling, and then passes through the spray cooling box to gradually cool and dry the inside of the pipe.
5. Cutting
Under the control of the meter wheel, the planetary cutting machine cuts according to the set length.
6. Unloading rack
Andthen, Unloading rack facilitates inspection and packaging.
Precautions for PE HDPE Pipe Production Line
1. Common problems in the actual operation of the loading machine
First of all, do not inhale for too long; clean the filter screen frequently;
Secondly, check whether the micro switch is normal.
2. Common problems in the actual operation of the dryer
(1) Turn on the fan first and then turn on the heating.
(2) Air drying works best when the bucket is full.
(3) The air-drying temperature of PE material is about 80°C.
(4) The temperature control instrument displays the difference between the actual temperature and the set temperature.
(5) Principle of bimetal thermometer: Use different materials to measure temperature according to the degree of deformation.
(6) Manipulate the direction of operation of the atmosphere.
(7) It is forbidden to turn off the air inlet.
