Introduction of Fiber Reinforced Hose.
The composition of production line: fiber reinforced braided layer, inner rubber layer and outer rubber layer.
Fiber reinforced tubes are woven from warp and weft threads. A layer of rubber covers the inside surface of the tube.
The columnar glue penetrates into the fiber gap, and the inner and outer glue layers are connected by the columnar glue.

Fiber reinforced polyurethane hose (XPU):

The production process of fiber reinforced hose production line:
High speed kneading machine (mixing materials)—mould—extruder 1(innermost layer PVC pipe)——cooling tank 1—hauling machine 1 —winding machine (fiber line that is the second)—dryer—extruder 2(the most outer PVC pipe )—-cooling tank2—hauling machine 2—coiling pipe bender —-package.
Firstly, bake to create a glue layer on the inner layer of the braid.
Secondly, on the outer wall, the resulting hose is cooled.
Finally, through a one-time coating process, the production efficiency of the product and the strength of the hose are improved.
