Pot body made by stainless steel, inner surface is extremely smooth and hard, which features in wear resistance, corrosion preventive, difficulty in staining, etc.

There are heating jacket and heating ring on the outer surface of the pot body. The temperature is directly transferred to the pot body through the high-flammability mechanical oil in the heating jacket, so that the pot body is heated uniformly, and the temperature of the material in the pot is controlling by adjusting the heating temperature. The heating jacket is covered with asbestos insulation layer.
