What is the production process of PVC ceiling panel production line?
Fristly, the PVC raw materials are stirred at high speed from the screw feeder to the mixer unit.
The PVC raw materials are fully mixed in the high speed heating mixer.
When the appropriate temperature is reached, the material is automatically pneumatically discharged to the cold mixer and stirred at low speed to 40~50°.
Secondly, transported to twin-screw extruder by spring feeder. The PVC raw material is plasticized by the screw barrel and extruded at high temperature through the mold.
Next, the shaping mold on the vacuum shaping table is shaped through vacuuming and cooling water, and is automatically pulled by a haul-off machine.
The speed of the haul-off machine is adjusted to synchronize the extrusion of the extruder with the haul-off machine.
Finally, place the rotary encoder on the ceiling panel at the exit of the haul-off machine.
The rotary encoder will automatically record the length in meters. When the set length is reached, it will send a signal to the ceiling panel chipless cutting machine for cutting, and then it will be automatically stacked by the stacker.
There are two methods for laminating and subsequent processing of ceiling panels in PVC ceiling panel production line: one is online thermal transfer and the other is printing. Generally, customers will choose thermal transfer lamination, which is simple to operate, convenient to laminate, and the finished product is beautiful and elegant.
